Quarterly Rocks: Help define, track, and manage quarterly Rocks (90-day goals) to ensure your team stays focused and aligned with the company’s vision.

Level 10 Meeting™ Preparation: Prepare agendas, send out pre-meeting materials, and ensure all necessary data is available for productive Level 10 meetings.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage weekly meetings, including creating and distributing meeting summaries and action items.
Scorecard Management: Maintain and update the company’s scorecard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that the team is hitting their targets.

SOP Management: Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they align with EOS principles.
